Good value for annual plan

I needed a system for our small, new league and was looking for something affordable. Tabletennis365 offered a 30-day free trial for their League Manager, which was great for testing it out. I opted for the annual billing to get the 15% discount, which definitely made a difference in the overall cost. It felt like a good investment for the features we got. The interface wasn't super flashy but it did everything we needed without breaking the bank.

Easy to use

Used the Player Registration System for our club. Setup was quick. Players registered without issues. Worked well. No complaints.

Club Website Builder is fantastic!

I just set up our club's new website using their Club Website Builder and it's absolutely brilliant! I was worried it would be complicated, but it was so intuitive. Everything just clicked into place. Our members love the new look and how easy it is to find information. This has saved us so much time and effort. I will definitely be recommending Tabletennis365 to other clubs in our region!

Consistent service, reliable software

I've been using Tabletennis365 for my club's league management for three years now. We first started with the League Manager, then added the Membership Manager last year. This time, I signed up for the Tournament Manager for an upcoming event. As always, the setup was smooth and the software worked exactly as expected. It integrates well with our existing systems, and I appreciate that I don't have to relearn anything major each time. It's why I keep coming back.

My club is a non-profit. Do they offer any special pricing or discounts for non-profit organizations?

N Nick Doyle 2 months ago
I believe they do offer non-profit discounts. You'd probably have to contact their sales team directly to get a custom quote though, it's not something you can just select online.

Yeah, I remember seeing something about that. I'd definitely reach out to them and ask. Couldn't hurt.

Does anyone know if this service handles multi-division leagues okay? Our club has a few different skill levels and I need something that can keep track of all of them separately but still under one umbrella.

S Shane 2 months ago
Yes, it definitely does. Our league has like four divisions and it manages them perfectly. You can set up each division with its own rules and everything.

K Kate Kim 2 months ago
Yep, it's built for that. Super flexible for multi-division stuff. No issues there.

Anyone compared this to TT Leagues or LeagueRepublic? Trying to decide between them and wondering if there are any major pros/cons.

G Gwen Marsh 2 months ago
I looked at LeagueRepublic, and while it's decent, I found Tabletennis365's interface a bit cleaner for table tennis specifically. It felt more tailored, you know?

Our club switched from TT Leagues. For us, Tabletennis365 offered a more comprehensive ranking system and better integration with our website, which was a big plus.

Thinking of signing up for the League Manager, but I'm on a tight budget. Are there usually any discount codes floating around, or is it more like a fixed price deal?

T Todd 2 months ago
From what I've seen, they don't really do public promo codes. Your best bet for a discount is probably going with the annual payment option, which saves you a bit compared to monthly.

G Gwen Hughes 2 months ago
Yeah, no codes unfortunately. I think if you're a really big organization or a national body you might get a custom quote, but for regular clubs, it's pretty much the annual discount or nothing.

Hey, wondering if anyone has tried to move their existing club data from an Excel sheet into Tabletennis365? Was it a pain or pretty straightforward?

G Gwen Ito 2 months ago
Yeah, I did this last year for our club. It was actually surprisingly easy. They have a pretty decent import tool for spreadsheets.

C Cody Q. 2 months ago
Seconding that. Took a bit of formatting on my end to get everything just right in Excel first, but once that was done, the import itself was a breeze. No major headaches.

Does paying annually actually save you money compared to monthly, or is it just for convenience?

N Nina Brooks 2 months ago
Definitely saves money. It's usually about 10-15% cheaper if you pay for the full year upfront. Worth it if you know you'll be using it.

R Ryan Patel 2 months ago
Yeah, it's not a huge saving, but it adds up. I always go for the annual option when I can.

Is Tabletennis365 a good option for smaller, local clubs, or is it more for the big leagues and national organizations?

E Elena 2 months ago
We're a pretty small local club, maybe 30-40 members, and it works great for us. It's scalable, so you only use what you need.

F Faith 2 months ago
I think it's suitable for small clubs too. While it can handle national stuff, the core features for league and membership management are really useful even on a smaller scale.

Is the website builder actually any good, or is it pretty basic? We need something that looks halfway decent for our club.

T Todd 2 months ago
It's not going to win any design awards, but it's functional and clean. Easy to manage our fixtures and results directly on our site, which is the main thing.

I Ivy 2 months ago
It's pretty basic but perfectly fine for a club website. Members can find what they need easily, and it integrates well with all the league stuff. Don't expect a super custom look, but it does the job.
